Davina Ho

After a decade long career in international finance, Davina is now transferring her business acumen to the world of wellness and focused on helping others achieve optimal health through physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Having gone through a period of feeling totally disconnected and completely burnt out, she went on her own healing journey through yoga, meditation and nutrition to cure her mental, emotional and physical blockages. With the understanding that the inability to manage stress well can have a destructive effect on overall well-being, she became deeply passionate about helping others live healthy and fulfilling lives.

Being a big believer of meditation and living in the present moment, she teaches her clients mental and emotional resilience through meditation to look after themselves no matter what is thrown their way. Her client portfolio includes high-profile and successful business people to whom she has imparted teachings on how to de-stress, feel at ease in their bodies and clear their minds.

She is a certified iRest® meditation teacher which offers deep relaxation for everyone and has been proven helpful in alleviating the symptoms of sleep disorders, PTSD, chemical dependency, chronic pain, and stress.

Davina is co-founder of wellness brand, Hasiko and founder of meditation brand, Inhabit.

Lorne+-2.jpg

Lorne Peart

Born in the UK and raised in the Middle East, Lorne is currently based in Singapore. For a long time, Lorne led a rather sedentary lifestyle until 2010, when he moved to Singapore, where he embarked on his journey into physical education.

After a decade of learning from different individuals - Ido Portal, Kit Laughlin and Olivia Allnutt (Stretch Therapy), Tom Weksler, Miguel Sant’ana - his studies in different training methods on movement and his personal practice led him to come up with four guiding principles which informs his teachings and practice:

1. Teach only what he has done himself
2. Tried and tested results
3. Keeping it simple
4. Not expecting progress every day

He wants to help you understand your body better. He wants to turn you into a demigod with strong and open hips and shoulders with a spine that doesn’t feel like a block of wood. If you want to learn complex movements like a handstand, a muscle up, or if you simply want to move your body more, he will train you with endless patience.

Steffles-2.jpg

Stephanie Lung-Flecker

Commonly known as Steffles (aka FoodieFitMum), this fitness and food blogger is a working mother of 2 gorgeous girls and wife of a very dedicated and supportive husband.

Her twin passions, cooking and fitness has shown her that if we take time to care about our own health, we will always be stronger and happier for our family. She has seen her entire family benefit from her fitness and healthy lifestyle – which translates into the kind of food they eat and the type of exercises and holidays they take.

Steffles’ philosophy is that our food has to be sustainable and locally-sourced fresh produce. Her key takeaway from her fitness journey is that exercise should not be a tiresome chore with the sole aim of losing weight. It is simply an important and fun part of a healthy lifestyle that helps you feel healthier, stronger and more energetic.

As an active advocate for women's health through fitness and food, Steffles has a website - where she writes, shares recipes and hosts an online fitness regime - and her own YouTube Channel with original content featuring 21 shows to date. Each episode features a guest starting with a fitness routine, followed by a cooking session where they whip up a healthy Asian inspired recipe.

Across all her channels, through collaborations with other fitness professionals, she shares a wide variety of exercise tips and workouts. You can also find delicious, healthy, quick and easy to follow recipes - with an Asian twist where possible - that will appeal to the whole family.

Foodiefitmum is about empowering and inspiring mothers so they can balance a career, family life, motherhood and having their “me time” to look good, feel good and have some fun. Steffles believes all this is possible and hopes to inspire you to do the same.

Subba has trained in the chanting of Vedas and Upanishads from when he was a child and continues to work with scholars in India on the Yoga Sutras.

His fifteen years of annual practice of silence & solitude and studies of the Yoga Sutras are the main sources for the Being programs that he runs today. His programs seamlessly connect the ancient work of sutras with contemporary sciences of the mind, applying them to our daily life.
